Hosting a Halloween party? 🎃 👻 Serve my Halloween Pizza 🕷️ 🍕 🕸️ and give your guests that creepy, crawly feeling! This 15-minute recipe makes for the perfect spooky snack! Trick or treat, give me something good to eat!
My Halloween Pizza recipe starts off with store-bought mini naan rounds, which serve as the perfect base for these handheld pizzas. No kneading or rolling required! The naan rounds are brushed with olive oil and baked for 3 minutes to create a crispy, solid base. A layer of tomato-based pasta sauce is spread over top, giving this dish some brightness, freshness and sweetness. A pizza wouldn’t be complete without the true stars of the show - grated mozzarella and pepperoni. The naan pizzas are popped into a preheated oven and are baked until the crust is golden brown and cheese is ooey-gooey. The result - a cheesy, crispy, crunchy, savoury and satisfying bite!
Intense fear sets in! What takes this recipe to frightening heights is the addition of black widow spiders. The spiders crawl onto the pizza, creating a terrifying bite! Arachnophobia? Rest assured they're harmless! These creepy, crawlies are made using pitted, black olives! Frightening but oh-so good!

If you’re looking for a quick and easy Halloween treat, then you’ll have to give my Halloween Pizza recipe a try! This spooky snack couldn’t be easier to make, comes together in just 15 minutes and use a handful of simple ingredients. Make them, plate them and watch them disappear! So, let me show you how it’s done. Grab a spoon and come and cook with me!

Prep Time: 4 minutes
Cook Time: 11 - 12 minutes
Total Time: 15 - 16 minutes
Serves: 6 (Makes 6 mini pizzas)
Ingredients:
6 mini naan rounds, measuring 4-inches in diameter
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup homemade or store-bought, tomato-based pasta sauce
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
18 slices of fully cooked (or cured) pepperoni
9 pitted, black olives
Equipment You’ll Need:
11” x 17” rimmed baking sheet
Parchment paper
Pastry brush
Box grater
Sharp paring knife
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400F and line a 11” x 17” rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Lay the mini naans onto the parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving 1-inch of space between them.
Brush with olive oil and transfer them into the preheated oven to bake for 3 minutes.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and carefully spoon ½ Tbsp of pasta sauce onto each naan. Spread the pasta sauce over the base, leaving a 1/4-inch border untouched.
Top each with a spoonful of grated mozzarella and 3 pepperoni slices.
Bake for 8 – 9 minutes or until the pizza is golden in colour and the cheese has melted.
While the naan pizzas are cooking, cut the olives in half and set 6 halves aside. For the remaining halves, using a paring knife, cut each half into 4 equal slices and set aside.
Remove the naan pizzas from the oven and let them stand for at least 5 minutes to slightly cool.
Transfer them to a large serving platter or cutting board. Top each naan pizza with 8 olive slices, arranging them in a butterfly formation, ensuring that the ends meet. Add half an olive overtop and serve and enjoy!
